Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Learnspace, operated by Marchant Research, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf.

Account Registration

To use Learnspace, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

For users under 13, a parent or legal guardian is responsible for creating and managing the account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate leaderboards, XP, or gold systems.
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the platform.
• Share account credentials with others.

Subscriptions & Payments

Learnspace offers paid subscription plans:

• Weekly plan — billed weekly at the current listed price.
• Yearly plan — billed annually at a discounted rate.

All payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Intellectual Property

All content on Learnspace — including course materials, lesson text, game assets, pet artwork, UI design, and platform code — is the property of Marchant Research, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

User-Generated Content

Code you write during lessons, puzzles, and challenges remains yours. By submitting code to the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and process it for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., running tests, tracking progress). We will not share your code publicly without your explicit consent.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, though we may retain certain data as required by law.

Disclaimers

Learnspace is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marchant Research, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of Learnspace after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
