Last updated: March 1, 2026
Marchant Research, LLC (“Learnspace,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values the privacy of children and of all of our students. This COPPA Policy (“COPPA Policy”) is designed to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and its rules (as amended, “COPPA”). COPPA requires us to inform parents and legal guardians (as used in this policy, collectively, “parents”) about our practices for collecting, using, and disclosing personal information from or about children under the age of 13 (collectively, “children”). It also requires us to obtain verifiable consent from a child’s parent for the collection, use, and disclosure of the child’s personal information.

Capitalized terms that are not defined in this COPPA Policy shall have the meaning given to them in our general privacy policy or our Terms of Service.
Except as specifically provided in this COPPA Policy, we do not collect any personal information directly from children, only from their parents.
Data and Other Information We Collect from or about Children
To create an account on Learnspace, a parent must provide a display name and email address. The child may also choose a username, avatar preferences, house selection, and pet choices within the Platform.
We collect learning progress data as the child uses the Platform, including course completions, lesson progress, quiz results, game scores, and code submissions. This data is used to provide the service and personalize the learning experience.
We do not collect more personal information about a child than is reasonably necessary for the child to participate in the Platform.

- Browser information, including what browser a child is using.
- Actions while visiting the Platform, including log-in time and navigation activity.
We do not combine non-personal information we collect through these technologies with personal information about you or your child that we collect online.
